ScarStories is a community for heart patients, for people preparing for or recovering from a procedure, and for the people who look after them. It is built on one idea: that the lived experience of someone six months ahead of you is worth something no leaflet can replace.
What you will find here: stories written by real people, practical questions answered by those who have lived them, smaller groups for the topics that deserve their own room, events that bring people together, and a private vitals log that nobody but you can see.
What you will not find: advertising, sponsored content, or medical advice. Our supporters fund the platform and have no say in what appears on it, and our sponsorship policy says so plainly.
Everything here exists in Arabic and English, because the journey does not change with the language you live it in.
